If you book directly with us, you can cancel up to 14 days before your check-in date with a full refund. Within 13 days of your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

If you cancel within 48 hours of reservation date your deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in for every listing is 3 pm. If you happen to arrive early, you can call or chat with your host via WhatsApp and coordinate an earlier check-in, if available.

Upon arriving at Casa De Campo, the first step is registering at the Casa De Campo Guest Service registration desk. Here your name will already be in their system, and you will then be asked for your passport and required to pay a $25 per day Casa de Campo guest fee per person. Once registered, you can proceed to your listing.

These directions, along with host contact information, will be emailed to you seven days before your arrival and again within 24 hours of arriving at reserved listing.

We do offer child care services as an additional service fee. You can select this option during the booking process or communicate with your host before arriving in Casa De Campo.

If a crib or a pack-n-play is required one can be provide for an additional daily fee. Please inquire with your host before arrival.
